AAOD Royals

The AAOD Royals Competition Team is a high-caliber program designed to help every dancer grow, develop, and reach their full potential throughout the season. Team members are required to participate in several core classes, including Stretch and Flexibility, Cardio and Strengthening, Ballet, Tap Technique, and Technique.

Being part of the competition team requires a significant commitment. Dancers typically attend classes and rehearsals two to three evenings per week, as well as one Saturday each month. The team also participates in four regional competitions throughout the season.
